3. Payments
A standard advance payment is required before any project commences. The remaining balance is due upon project completion or according to the agreed-upon milestone schedule.

4. Intellectual Property
All designs, 3D renderings, and floor plans provided by IDEAL ULIKKAL remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.

5. Liability
While we ensure the highest standard of quality and safety, IDEAL ULIKKAL is not liable for indirect damages or delays caused by third-party vendors or unforeseen structural issues.

6. Revisions
Modifications to the approved design proposal after material procurement has started may incur additional fees.
